Problem :

How can i retrieve my workgroup . Im change it when format windows process

Solution :

Control panel > network n internet connection > set up or change your home or small office network > next & next > change workgroup > type workgroup same like previous ( ask your administrator if using LAN in office )

or

My computer > properties > computer name > change ( type ) workgroup..
